The same god damned retards have been in the 15th for legit ages while all the other regs circle jerk eachother and were in a continual cycle of being paid by pieter to join his reg and be whored around the rest of the community save for the 77y and kka. We picked up more autists along the way and lost some old ones, but to say it is a different reg entirely is just plain uneducated. We will always see a flux in the rosters due to various members quitting this god forsaken grade dropping, relationship destroying, work ethic corroder, lifestyle of a game.
Dayboul, Melsyo, Mousso, Jonnyboy, Vortx, Monsnic, Dusan, Azuris, Fearripper and maybe more joined the 15th before even I did, and I have been in it for what seems like the entire lifespan of (serious) competitive EU NW. Gi joined I think a year after along with many other names you still see today like Bohemond, Euskal, Amue, Carlitos, Bidbig, and others. A majority of the jokers who joined past that were still in the 15th YR for a good 2-3 years by now. 15th has always been ran or at least had an officer core of old 15th (- that new gen Gi I heard he touches little boys).

Seems like the same reg to me if you factor in that each one lead the same group of autists + other autists that the old core (+new gen gi) had trained up.
Doesn't matter if bandwagon meleers came and went with the times. The same core had populated and ran it. If you unironically argue that they are different regs you probably are a new gen or are saying that out of spite/denial/misinformation.
