Time is that late because we wanted to shift it around Smiley's Tournament and the majority of the captains were for this option

Well in the past due to the time it takes to finish these larger scale groupfights we always started RGT at 7 or 7:30 UK time due to the fact that they always went on longer than normal tournaments. We did the first few at 8pm and it went on too long so 8:30 is even more likely to go on much longer than most players would prefer.
