By far not so impressive and glorious story as the over Underdogs history, but for the german community it was a surprise. In 2018 the 23rd, which "claims to be the best of its kind" and "see themself in the tradition of the old and famous german Regiments like the 1steGLR, the 72nd, the GGR Nr.4 or the Nr.12", faced a bunch of nonames from a roleplay regiment, 2tesGFR, in the german groupfighting tournement. Untill this day I don't know how or what happend, but in a thrilling and stunning match our roleplay boys, some of them with under 100 hour, pulled everthing together what we have and managed to holed against old and experienced german players they had, even team GER members. Endscore was a 15 to 14 for the 2tesGFR, most people hoped that now other regiments, with better and more competive player, could prevent the domination of one german regiment winning everything in the german community like the 72nd or Nr12 did.
Plot twist, since this day the 23rd never lost again against an over german regiment.
