Napelonic Compétence List

Introduction
This list is based on technical skill and game sense. Extrem tier is the best pattern masterers and impact players (e.g changing meta like Drake and Extazz founding the high level anti-chamber meta style currently seen in groupfighting and duels) Elite Tier has more technical skill than top tier players. Top Tier are capable of basic instruction manipulation such (regrouping, range knowledge, basic game sense)
