Anyway, it is easy: you can be qualified to play for a nation by two ways:
- you were born in the country
- you have citizenship of this country (that you gonna have to proof though)

Just speaking the language or living there is not enough. I also live in the Netherlands (Amsterdam) right now and i also speak a bit of dutch, but i am german by birth, german by citizenship and therefore i wont be allowed to play for Team Benelux either. This is a nationality based tournament. Everyone who is not qualified for his team in the way mentioned above should take care he switches the team to what in scale of this tournament (and this tournament only) belongs to.

I don't care if people care about the name, I hosted the first 'NWWC' and invented the title as such after changing it from 'NWEC'.

There is no such thing as an 'Official NWWC' as such as anyone can host any event at anytime and the ownership of events changes like the days with everyone leaving and coming back as much as they do at this point in the game. As for the tag of this event as such I don't believe it was decided to be 'NWWC' anyway, I don't even think we'd discussed it yet.

You're right, it isn't but during that tournament you had your last chance in NW to choose who you'd represent from then on-wards. For me that doesn't just include NWWC.
