I like the idea of having a team Eng and a seperate team for the rest of the UK. Then have Ireland fill in where needed. That way you get 2 good teams to fill in the spots if you struggle to find more

I mean that depends if Scotland, Wales and Ireland combined could get a team. I'm sure England could alone.
