Because 99 is a faultless player, and although Remao is insanly good at certain aspects, there are others where he's not perfect, hence the 94 (which is extremely good) and not 99.

Bongo's been put to 86 for now, because raising by 2 is too big of a jump. But if he does keep up that consistent performance he will go up more.

I've been keeping an eye on octanidas, he's been performing well I agree.

I do not agree with lightning and Pandaburger however, I'd love for them to prove me wrong this CCL though but for now I haven't seen such massive plays from either.
