Signature Animations

I looked on google for a tutorial on signature making, or rather, moving signature making such as Scorpio's or FKI Jasper's and found nothing can anyone teach me how to do it or link me to a decent tutorial for GIMP (I have PS 64-bit which doesn't allow animations). Once I know I'll open a request think like muffin for regiments!

The moving signatures are called .gifs  AKa  saved as a .gif


Look up how to create a .gif on Youtube.

I think what he's trying to do with these multiple threads is get someone to do them for him as opposed to learning how, because as Menelaos pointed out the question of how has already been answered.
