A groupstage-match is finished when one team wins 5 rounds in total. (FT5) The semi-/final is finished when one team wins 7 rounds in total (FT7).

Too long if I may express an opinion. The "first to 3 and first to 5 for the final stage" format is probably better and will make the tournament shorter. A first to 7 5v5 match can easily last 30 to 45 minutes.

Well. It isnt a 1 day tourney though. So why does that matter?

The Brackets were being created randomly now so that the tournament will start at the 12th of March. I want to remind both 4e Teams again to submit their rosters asap and every team which hasn't decided on a class yet to do so.
One matchweek consists of 7 days (Monday - Sunday) and the team-captains are asked to organise their matches by themselves as well as to post the schedule on this thread to get a referee. You're supposed to play 2 matches a week!
