The 93rd Sutherland Highlanders Regiment of Foot is an EU-based Napoleonic Wars Regiment formed on the 3rd of May. Although we are a fresh regiment our command staf has experienced leading, being led and fighting in NW regiments for a long time, some going back to Mount & Musket. If you are interested in joining an active, friendly, disciplined and well-organised regiment in Napoleonic Wars please read on. In our regiment we value commitment, ambition, discipline and courage. We strive to become a more valued part of the community through strength and honour. In our goal for success we aim to improve ourselves as a group and as individuals, so we may all look back and forward to our time with the 93rd Highlanders. We have members of varying experience in our ranks, from the most seasoned veterans to the newest recruits. All are welcome to join the 93rd Highlanders: inexperienced NW players will learn to hold their ground in melee quickly; veterans will be able to fight alongside other melee experts, teaching new members tricks and maybe even learning a thing or two themselves. The 63ème Régiment d'Infanterie de Ligne provides a highly structured, but enjoyable and realistic regimental expericance for Napoleonic Wars, along with other Games and Modifications. In the 63ème Régiment d'Infanterie de Ligne we expect those wishing to join to join with the expectation of improving at the game, being disiplined, following orders of their superiors, and expressing their ideas and thoughts to the Colonel and Officer Staff if something doesn't feel quite right. We are constantly growing, being one of the few regiments that offer both North American and European events we are home to wide wide range of players from all over the European and American continents. The 24e is a line infantry regiment who aim to become one of the best English speaking regiments, we recruit anyone who can speak English and is willing to obey commands and be as active as they can. We will do multiple events a week such as 1v1's, 2v2's and training as well as some multiple-regiment linebattles in order to keep the regiment at a competitive standard. We aim to be one of the best regiments not only through skill, leadership and training, but also through our discipline in order to keep the regiment running well. Members of the regiment will also be advised to use historical names and it will be preferred but it will not be forced upon. Also in the 24e we will not only play NW or even only M&B:Warband, we will have a gaming community for other games such as Payday 2, CS:GO and Mercenaries.

Our History

The 1er Grenadiers were formed as a Mount&Musket regiment on 31 October 2010 by Willard who soon after gave Herlev overall command as Colonel, we started out small but eventually grew into a formidable regiment ranking among the top with a reputation for fearful melee skills and cursed marksmanship. We had frequent 1vs1 linebattles and a good record with 40+ won matches and about 6 lost, as well as hosting several of our own historical events and bigger linebattles. We also maintained a healthy rivalry with the British 51st.
Eventually we joined the Imperial French Army who collected many of the best regiments into one organization with the aim to fight other such armies, which we remained a member of for over a year, until we left and then became a member of the Imperial Guard, although we didn't participate as much in that army.
In the summer of 2012 a while after the release of Napoleonic Wars our Colonel Herlev announced his resignation and Maktheridon stepped up as Colonel until in the beginning of 2013 he also stepped down and our current Colonel Sergi took command.
Throughout all of this, members have joined and left and many great friendships were forged in the heart of battle many still lasting to this day.

Requirements
As being part of the 1er Grenadiers we require a few things.

Be able to attend our trainings. Be mature, and disciplined. Focus when needed. A form of common sense is required. Be willing to learn. Dont think you are better than anyone else. Never, ever surrender! Important rule! Have a big old, grey, filthy, disgusting moustache.

About Us & Recruitment   Founded on the 10th of April 2012, after the release of Mount&Blade: Warband - Napoleonic Wars, as the 42nd Regiment of Foot - the Black Watch from veterans from the Mount&Musket mod of Warband, choosing to represent the most senior and - arguably - most famous Highland Regiment. The Regiment has since gone through the rocks and weathered many storms, nearly crashing and coming to an end once or twice. However through comradeship and combination of "play for fun" and historical immersion the Regiment has come out the better through it's trials. With a sense of historical appreciation and immersion, we can structure our Regiment through the use of historically accurate Ranks and formations. Now, while we realize it is only a game the history and appreciation of the historical 42nd and modern Black Watch is never far away. Upon acceptance of enlistment we provide our recruits with a Field Manual, that explains the basics of the Regiment, our codes of conducts and hand-made drawings of our formations. King's and Regimental Colours of the Black Watch Now the Regiment is a strong, solid unit which boasts good attendance and performances at Events and Linebattles. The 42nd prides itself of a sense of friendship and community, being much more than a Regiment we present ourselves as a gaming community which, infact, play 90% of game-time outside of Warband. While discipline and structure is used during Training, Events and Linebattles we still retain an ethos of banter and relaxation in TeamSpeak and within the community in general. MEMBERS OF THE MOUNT&BLADE: NAPOLEONIC WARS COMMUNITY,

   I would like to take a moment to extend an invitation to you in considering membership within the 1. Ostpreussische Infanterie. I believe the 1st East Prussian Infantry Will Cater to the Atmosphere you may be looking for in NW.  Established as the first North American regiment in 2010, the 1st East Prussian Infantry sets the standard for structure, discipline, and etiquette within the community. The 1st East Prussian Infantry was the first to establish and effectively perform accurate Napoleonic era Line dril, and we have been very influential in how regiments are structured and run ever since. Many people look to the 1st EPI for the example of "How to do things," and we pride ourselves in our High standards for excellence.

     We have been formed to accurately represent a Prussian Line Infantry Battalion of the Napoleonic Era, and you will not find a better regiment in the community that does that.  In order to perform in as accurate as a manner possible we took field manuals of the era and have adapted them to work in game.  Unlike most regiments on the field, you WILL NEVER see the 1st East Prussian infantry Snaking around in those columns and playing follow the leader. All of our Movements are done in two ranks, and column movements and wheels are always performed correctly.

     The 1st East Prussian Infantry Train and Participates in Line-Battles often, and provides a training/linebattle opportunity that can easily work into a busy schedule :   on Tuesday, a Linebattle is held at 8pm Est for all North American Players.  On Thursday, the primary North American training is held at 8pm Est.  on Friday, we hold our North American Linebattle at 9pm Est.   On Saturdays, we hold our Prussian Army Linebattle at 8pm Est.  That is a LOT of events, and members are not expected to attend all of them.  However, activity is encouraged, and we like to see our members as often as we can.

     We place great emphasis on practicing accurate military structure and tactics of the Napoleonic Era. Among our ranks will be found no self-proclaimed generals leading handfulls of privates, but rather meaningful structure based on the size of our unit. Furthermore, we are committed to developing and practicing tactics of the period (with regard to practicality and feasibility in the setting of NW), to a level unrivaled by any existing Regiment. For these purposes, we are looking for intelligent, humble, and mature recruits willing and able to listen, learn, and contribute.

The 30th is a regiment for Mount & Blade Warband: Napoleonic Wars, formed on May 12th, 2014.This regiment is the spiritual successor to the 15th (Yorkshire, East Riding)Regiment of Foot, founded by PurplePanda & TheMightyLips. We are a regiment dedicated to professionalism and maturity. The 15th (Yorkshire, East Riding) Regimentof Foot was a very large and active regiment until the loss of interest and lack of attendance that led up to its disbandement. But now we are back and ready to make the 30th twice as large as the 15th, hence the name 30th.

The regiment spent most of the FrenchRevolutionary Wars (1792-1802) back in the Mediterranean. It fought at Toulon (1793), on Corsica (1794) and Minorca (1798), before moving to Italy and Malta in 1799. The 30th then joined the British force in Egypt in 1801. It returned to Britain in 1802 and a year later formed a 2nd Battalion. This served in the Peninsular War (1808-14) from 1809, fighting at Fuentes de Onoro (1811) Badajoz (1812) and Salamanca (1812), where it captured a French eagle. It had suffered such losses by December 1812 that its six weakest companies had to return to Britain to recruit, while the four strongest ones merged with a battalion of the 44th Regiment of Foot to form the 4th Provisional Battalion. This dissolved in 1813 and the four companies from 2nd Battalion re-joined the six newly-recruited companies in Jersey later that year. 2nd Battalion moved to Holland in 1814 and fought at Waterloo (1815), at one point forming square and resisting 11 French charges. In 1817 the battalion was disbanded. In the meantime, 1st Battalion sent five companies to fight in Hanover and northern Germany in 1805, before regrouping the following year to travel to India. It stayed there for over 20 years, sending detachments to Java and Portuguese Macao in 1807-08. It also fought in the Third Maratha War (1817-19). For the next 35 years it alternated between overseas postings, including Bermuda, Nova Scotia and the Ionian Islands, and time in Britain and Ireland. The regiment deployed to the Crimean War (1854-56), serving at the Alma (1854), Inkerman (1854) and Sevastopol (1855).
