I'm looking for an English-speaking (in real life) regiment, but I'm open to playing any active nationality--though, I must admit that I have a soft spot for the Austrians. 

I'm in the Mountain time zone of North America and would be playing the game via Steam most often in the evening hours (weekends being a possible exception). I've played M&B Warband and With Fire & Sword on and off for a couple years and enjoy the games; now, I'm excited to jump into the Napoleonic era. I'm laid back and social, and I have an appreciation for the Napoleonic milieu thanks to a local historical table-top wargaming group.

Founded in the 10th of April 2012, after the release of Mount&Blade: Warband - Napoleonic Wars, as the 42nd Regiment of Foot - the Black Watch from veterans from the Mount&Musket mod of Warband, choosing to represent the most senior and - arguably - most famous Highland Regiment. The Regiment has since gone through the rocks and weathered many storms, nearly crashing and coming to an end once or twice, however through comradeship and common sense of "play for fun" the Regiment has come out the better through it's trials. With a sense of historical appreciation and immersion, we can structure our Regiment through the use of historically accurate Ranks and formations. Now, while we realise it is only a game the history and appreciation of the historical 42nd and modern Black Watch is never far away.

 As far as we're aware, we are one of the few Regiments to actually create and use it's own program, made and coded by it's own member, for the use of Attendances. We also play using custom re-skinned texture models for the ingame 42nd, which gives the unit a much more seen-battle feel, while giving the Officers kilts.

 Now the Regiment is a strong, solid unit which boasts good attendance and performances at Events and Linebattles. The 42nd prides itself of a sense of friendship and community, being much more than a Regiment we present ourselves as a gaming community which, infact, play 90% of game-time outside of Warband. While discipline and structure is used during Training, Events and Linebattles we still retain an ethos of banter and relaxation in TeamSpeak and within the community in general.

We are a British Line Infantry Regiment that has expanded into different companies such as line, light infantry and artillery. Our aim is to create a regiment that will provide a professional but enjoyable Napoleonic Wars experience for all kinds of players. Our goal is to triumph over our enemies through discipline, skill and determination. We also aim to be a disciplined regiment however this should interfere with us having fun. A high level of discipline will lead to improved trainings which in turn will lead to more enjoyable linebattles through an increase of performance and skill in the field.

We have accepted and still continue to accept members of all nationalities and have prided ourselves in having one of the most incredibly diverse roster of different nationalities in the community, with the only requirements that you speak and understand English to about an intermediate degree and the ability to meet and attend the training and event days.

The 33rd focuses on training and developing different skill sets required to be a successful and effective regiment on the battlefield such as various formation, melee and shooting and this reflects this in our regular regimental company trainings and battlefield proven tactics, but not our application process. No one will ever be denied enlistment due poor skills, lack of experience or shown little to no improvement; all we want from you three things activity, maturity and respect for fellow regiment members and other members of the community. Among our ranks we have some of the talented and most experienced players in the game who hand down their insightful knowledge of the game to the newest of recruits, who too will soon follow to become seasoned veterans of the game.

English is the universal language spoken in the regiment and is used for orders during events and trainings, but we are a very friendly and international regiment. We have a very large player base and our members come from all over Europe, to ensure our members are playing at their best in EU servers. We host promotions and demotions that happen very regularly, if a member shows a high degree of loyalty and maturity as well as a understanding of regimental tactics you will be promoted to a NCO rank. From here you will gain responsibility for maintaining formation. Also upon being promoted to NCO rank you will begin to be further taught your role and regimental tactics in a more advanced format. If you continue to show that you posses leadership skills and are growing at a respectable rate you will be potentially given a higher NCO position and possibly an officer role.

We pride ourselves in being one of the most professional and organised regiments in the community, we carefully keep track of our members and maintain an up to date regiment roster. Any inactive players among our ranks are removed from the regiment within a month, so our roster always features active members thus shows our actual numbers.

The 63eme regiment is a regiment who has been around for quite a long time. We are very passionate about our members, community,  and will help each other in every way we possibly can. We're very observant, insightful, and helpful to our members and enjoy having line battles together. We will professionally train with our members and have a large variety of events.

Led by Colonel Karth, we expect all of our members to act mature and treat our peers kindly. We are an active regiment who have a lot of combat experience and training to offer for those who are seeking a modest community. Our NCO's and CO's are excellent leaders with immense experience and act in the most tolerant and corrective manner possible. We hold high gesticulations for all newcomers who seek to join.

We interact with our members on TeamSpeak 3 and Steam on a daily basis and are very friendly to all of our guests.  During our training, we go through shooting practice, melee practice, and group fighting to improve the experience of our troops to ensure they are at their full potential. 73rd Regiment (highlanders) of Foot

                                     

Hello Their, Lt Col Thorpe Officer commanding The 73 rd Regiment of Foot. The time has come for us to do some Recruiting, on this description i will tell you a little about the regiment, its history, what i expect from the men under my command, what we do etc.

The regiment:
 The battalion was raised in 1780 as the 2nd Battalion, 42nd (Royal Highland) Regiment of Foot, with eight officers from the 1st Battalion being detached to help raise the new battalion. In 1781 the they were sent to India where in 1782 they saw action in the Second Anglo-Mysore War . The 2nd/42nd Highlanders were still in India when the battalion received regimental status as the 73rd (Highland) Regiment of Foot. The regiment fought on in India seeing action in the Third Anglo-Mysore War, at the Battle of Pondicherry in 1793 and in the Second Anglo-Maratha War in 1803. The regiment returned to Britain in 1808. We have carried on The Regiments heritage under this basis.

A little about what i expect from you:
1. no massive trolling.
2. activity, no playing other games when we should be doing trainings etc.
3. TS3, its not essential that you speak, but it is essential that you can listen to commands.
4. no disobeying the orders given to you by officers or n.c.o's i do not tolerate this.
5. no racism or bullying.
and that's pretty much it. if you wish to become and officer or n.c.o, I'm looking for people with an aptitude to be able to do it, which encompasses all 5 rules, plus i expect you all to be able to have some tactical knowledge, plus being cool under pressure.

What we do:
we currently do 3 line-battle's, these would be on a Friday, Saturday and a Sunday at 7pm GMT. Training is on a Tuesday at 7pm GMT where we have a 50 man server, although i may increase this as the regiment grows to allow us to do regiment battles.

First of all Im from EU..so no NA regiments(ping problems and such)
The regiment I was in untill now disbanded and as the title says I came here to look for a regiment...a cavalry regiment.I have played a lot in the past as line infantry but I took an 1 year pause from the game and now Im back willing to play as something new,cavalry...

Preferably heavy cavalry or cuirassiers(not a cav class with guns,hussars or lancers) and favourite nation is France..but if the regiment its serious and I really like it...it can be every class...Im just saying so you guys know what I would like..

Since its summer I have a lot of time and I can attend events almost everyday...so yes...more events a regiment has,more likely I would choose it..thats it...Im waiting for people that want recruits to contact me either here or on steam(under the name : Roymar Lenn)..
Also I would like a serious regiment..old one or new one,doesnt matter,but serious(not extremely but still)

The 3eVolt is one of the longest standing regiments, with one of the richest history and community. Founded by AsianP and Grizz in the summer of 2012, the regiment has been through multiple changes in leadership and reforms over the year, but never falling below excellence. Starting as the 3eVolt, over the course of a turbulent few months we had renamed to the 9e, and then to the Garde ze Fuss. After a few months of the Garde we had merged into the 2nd Queens Foot. That merge lasted for no more than a week and we soon split off to once again reform, this time as the 79th Cameron Highlanders. The 79th was incredibly successful; fielding huge lines of up to 40 players. The regiment was known to be one of the best in ranged and melee combat. AsianP retired after its success and made way for the new leader, Novapoison. During Novapoisons lead we had renamed in to the 14thIG. During that time we had began hosting our own brigade and events. The 14thIG soon decided to rename to the 3eVolt. Soon after the rename, Novapoison retired as colonel and Grimsight is now commanding the regiment.

The regiment continues to make strives to become bigger and better over the summer. We pride ourselves in being an experienced line that can defeat almost all others in combat. Not only in Napoleonic Wars is our presence however. We love hanging out in teamspeak and encourage all our linesmen and members of the community to play other games with us. Orders
Direct commands from an officer and direct command from an officer, disobey an officer commands to the regiment or
direct commands to you is a direct insult and falls under the category of trolling. Trolling will be handled with appropriately
and can be subject o temp bans, perma-bans and kicks from events.
Activity
We want active members ready to stand with a bayonet and fight or to take volley after volley with return volleys of our own.
Events are not mandatory and school comes first, but do you best to attend the events you can,
Maturity
Immaturity is stereotyped as being 13 year old kid with a squeaky voice. But immaturity comes in all ages. You are required to show that you are responsible and can handle being in a regiment.
