Question: For the brackets is it setup around the number of wins or the points earned? It looks like the points are the number of rounds won. Just curious about it. Let me clarify what I am asking:
Regiment 1 8-0-0 48
Regiment 2 7-1-0 56
Regiment 3 6-1-1 65
Does regiment 1 still remain in first place or is regiment 3 the winner.....
that point difference would be impossible to be like that. if you are 8-0 you typically have the most points or have the 2nd most, in which case you would only be down by a few points (like 5 or less).
regardless, you win if you are undefeated. for example, last year the LG won but had like 3 less overall points than the 2nd place team but the LG were undefeated so they win.
It actually is possible. If Regiment 1 wins all their matches 6-4 (and rounds are points) they'd end up w/ 48, and if all of Regiment 3's wins are 10-0 + the tie they'd end up w/ 65, it's unlikely but, still possible.
However, wins have always been the primary deciding factor, with points acting as a tie breaker. As a former NANWL head mod, Bean should already know that lol.
