It's a private issue, FSE or Taleworlds cannot get involved. If you really wish to pursue this legally, I suggest contacting as many others as you can who were also stolen from by "Warbawz" servers, and looking for legal representation. I really wouldn't get your hopes up about seeing the money again, however.

It is illegal and the people that had a contract with them can report this to the police even which can persue the owner of warbawz, It would be best if you have been wronged by this company to state yourself in this thread and leave some form of contact details, so you can all group up, gather evidence together and send the package over towards the authorities.

As always when you rent something from a company, make sure the company is trustable, has full contact details and an address, and is a registered commercial company, with a VAT Number.

I feel sorry for the ones loosing time, servers and most of all money over this and hope they will find a better service in a more trustable company.

Sadly as a game development company this is not something we can legally help you guys with, it was a contract between you (the customer) and the server host...

If it might be around the Netherlands, I might be able to help, but in any other country, I cannot. (in case people are underaged, which should not really matter legally anyhow)

For the other part, I got no idea who this guy is or how much people generally ask for hosting a NW server.
As it is more or less my profession, I might take a look at how costly it would be placing my own servers.. but I don't really think I will, unless people want servers based in the Netherlands.

You will need something as an agreement. Without this, I don't think there will be any case at all.
If you have an agreement with the guy, there really should be some personal information about him (or his company).

E-mail communication might be used, but I really do not know if this binds a legal agreement.. and if so, in which countries it'll apply.

They are in fact, North American based.  So it really should not be too hard as it is online robbing I believe   I know this because I was there when Kilkan made warbawz
