For 3 years in this community have done nothing else but to try and help the FSE to achieve it's goals by enforcing my admin powers the best way possible and recently my (few) moderation powers as well. I made guides, i made observations, i helped to calm down regimental drama, i tried to have a good relationship with everyone, i was always available for any work or something that had to be done by the FSE. What do i get in return? A +50 warning and a verbal warning to be "professional and impartial".
After all the resignations from the other admins some months ago, i also did not agree with what was going on and i was strongly suggested to follow the same path. I declined. I thought that even after all these events the administration and the other admins could prosper and have a good relationship with the rest of the community even though it would not be the same without the other admins.. I was so wrong...
The current admin team view about this is almost the same as my own...i will not mention names because i think they are the ones who have to step forward on this but there are quite a few admins who totally disagree with the current decisions/politics.
If it weren't for the past events, admin powers would still be given to "friends" instead of proper players like Carolus Rex who was not given admin because his group of friends was not ideal to have if he wanted to become admin. There are a few more cases but like i said...i don't like to mention names.
Users on the FSE forums are not equally treated. And that is true. Me and Svensson were given a +50 (mute) because of our comments in the forums while Donald who constantly insults other users is given a +10 (which was already a miracle). There are so many other occasions when this has happened that i am not even bother pointing them out. And besides the community is more aware of this then myself.
By the way since we are talking about Donald and warnings, let me show you how professional and a nice guy Donald is...

So yeah...look how some things are settled in this forums. I got watched immediately after this with +10 while Donald after insulting me and telling Vince to even remove me from the admin team he did not even got watched...
Furthermore, the moderation in the forums is without a doubt, very "weak". Users constantly argue about who is in charge and what is done to fix it? Nothing...just a comment saying "Move along"
The Community Representatives. Oh my oh my we have given power to the people. I laughed so much...
I applied myself to be a CR but thank god i was not chosen because what they do is nothing more then wear a tag with the CR title...even sadder is that there are good people as CR's and i'm sorry to say this but being a CR is like being a normal user on the forum...with a title.
After all this, i would like to say that after some self-thinking, i have reach the conclusion that Hekko was the first person to had actually "balls" to come out to the open and show what was wrong within the administration and made them start some changes who were actually very important. And for that he will have my respect as a fellow user and as a very intelligent person. How i understand him now...
FSE has to understand that any video game is all about the community and how you deal with it. Let's be honest here, 60% of this community is probably below 14 years old and it is never easy to moderator a forum with a user age like this one. But that is not excuse to not treat the users the same way and letting some of them pass while others get punished by almost everything.
Don't get me wrong here...there are a lot of users in this forum which i consider to be very intelligent and great persons in real life. Although some of them have proven to me otherwise.
Will i leave the community? No. Will i stop playing the game? No. If i am not banned from these forums (which is the most likely thing to happen) i will still continue to hang out and play with you guys.
I wish the FSE the best of luck to their BCoF game and that they have a lot of success! But i still would like to point out that going this way is not the best way to achieve that...but after all this is my opinion
So i will no longer be admin or board moderator. I will simply be another normal user...something that i wanted a long time ago.
