Swimming only 3x a week because college, most workouts are 1.5-3 miles or usually around 3000 yards so not that much. Back for swim club at home, I did 5x a week 2-5 miles or 3000-8000 yards which was what got me in shape. Now my main workout is vigorously jerking off, its like a shake weight if you put cast iron cock rings down the entirety of your shaft. So yeah im swole af now
