Emo, sign ups are far from over. There's no guarantee all the  people who sign up will be on the team, they're simply signing up for consideration. Once the sign ups are over, those who have signed up (and only those who have signed up) will be vote on the captain and the captain will select the official roster based on the best sign ups.
