Nah i thing im true king of spam
I'm not going to spam anymore. I've tried to stop Ghost by fighting him with his own weapons - but I've failed. The Messhall is his again.

Can't wait for trolls to ruin this thread, like they always do.

your just mad because I was the one who invented the s key
s key hero.

as for the OP.  I have never been a fan of FoC.  It does have it's advantages but at the end of the day, it seems like a cop out for someone who put their line in a bad spot.  Everyone just scatters in all directions so they are harder to hit while running somewhat towards the enemy line, then point plank said line.  The enemy line generally can either retreat, charge in the same manner, or sit there and hope they can hit the ballerinas before they get close enough to slaughter your still compact line.  If you sit back and watch the combat that follows, it looks more like Na1 than a linebattle.  Anyways, this is what i have seen over the years.
Should you need to talk to me regarding NA1 or or something regarding admining or the admins, PM me here on the forums and not on steam.  *

Not sure if he really invented it or not, but Rogelio was the first person I saw that ever successfully incorporated kicking into their melee style.

I think FiC has its place in large linebattles with lights, skirmishers, cavalry etc. as it gives lines a better chance against units that just run away and shoot, but it ruins any strategy in 1v1s and completely changes the melee for the worse

I assume the FIC is just a common sense rule that existed in many places before. Anybody else who came from communities with line battles (Before M&B was even created) were familiar with that rule in one form or another, and it was (almost) always not allowed. Depends on the game's limitation.

The definition themselves obviously came from historical sources, than there were the reenactments, and then video games became a thing and after that - multiplayer.

Of course nobody here re-invented the wheel, but these type of video games totally helped to spread the word out.
