Its not hard to do this ... just get paint.net   go to textures   open the banner.dds  and open the image u want  then just copy and paste

EDIT: Just realized two things. First, it still says "42nd Blackwatch" on the grid for the slot I took for the 93rd. Second, the poll says 'No, I will not be using this,' more than 'Yes, I will be using this.' Perhaps that has something to do with it?
