The animation is Narushima's from Taleworlds forum.
This animation is a bit dated from the current stage the reload animation was set in. The animation used in mods like L'Aigle and War of 1812 uses the updated version. The animation name in a brf file is line_musket_reload_ani and I am glad people like the new reload animation.
