TSP: Official statement regarding the deleted post.
Dear users of FSE, dear moderators, dear friends!Yesterday our great post was deleted due to "Copyright infringement". To make this clear: The TSP has in no way intentionally infringed any copyright. We do not see any reason for the moderator's action. So, what is the reason? I tell you: fear. The TSP has forwarded the idea of a "Court of Appeal", where users can appeal for an unban or unmute in a polite way. The current policy telling muted users to contact a moderator via PM is complete nonsense as the PM-System can't be used when muted. The TSP wants to address this matter, although some moderators do not like the idea of giving people the chance to appeal.
When asking for the real reason that caused the removal of our post, we ran into a wall of silence. No moderator wanted to give a statement or inform the people what actually happened.
For us the matter is clear: A moderator has deleted the post in order to stop our efforts in bringing justice to everyone in FSE. Equal rights for everyone, including the right to appeal a moderator's decision, seem to be not wanted by those men. That's the true reason.
But we will not stop our efforts in making this community a better place. We will continue.
