A question to the Organiser: will it be possible for nations without a team (eg: Switzerland) to join neighboring countries like last year?

Just like last year, Italian-speaking Swiss will be allowed into the Italian team, and German-speaking Swiss will be allowed into the Germanic Countries, yes.

Why you should be Captain (a long answer would be better): I have been part of this community for a long time now and feel comfortable that I know a large portion of the cavalry community . I have thought in so many leagues, tournaments and 1v1's that it becomes impossible to count. I have also hosted my own tournament in the past. I have been an officer for the Nr1 although short lived we did extremely well in the cavalry league.
I feel with my experience and knowledge of 1v1's and tournaments, I would make a good captain.

Why you should be Vice Captain (a long answer would be better): Because I believe that as NCO in Nr.3 I gained enough experience to be able to handle this position. I may not be so known in Czech community, but that is something I do not regret that much, as Czech community tends to live in past and if injustice has been made, it will never wash away. Because of that, I believe that I am solid choice for vice captain.

Why you should be Captain (a long answer would be better): I'm a veteran of the Polish cavalry community, I'm a high rank officer of 14pk, a well-known cavalry regiment, since 2012. I have huge experience with leading cavalry formation, thanks to my rank. It does not limit solely to commanding, the time me and 14pk's other officers spent on analysing our tactics, our battles, our mistakes is just as, or probably even more crucial. I was the captain of Polish team two years ago, the team I led to victory, even though I did not participate in the finals. Nonetheless the success was possible only because I managed with huge effort to unite the best Polish players, no matter what their regiments were, no matter how huge was the hatred between the regiments. I aim to repeat the success.

Also I have the support of the majority of relevant Polish cavalry community members, I was designated by them.
