If you do that, it's only fair to give a 10-0 victory to all the teams facing 5e Charlie for exemple. Otherwise, The Couettes and all the teams facing 5e Charlie after they left get a clear advantage, which looks quite unfair for other teams.

This might makes a difference in the last run so I couldn't help myself bringing it up even tho that's clearly not gonna help the Couettes claiming the title.
