Why would you be a good admin: I think I would make a good admin for NA_Groupfighting because of my experience, availability, and lack of bias in admining. To elaborate, I have extensive experience admining servers at weekly linebattle events such as the NR9 event, Old Guard event, and all 63e events. In addition to admining experience, I also think its important to note that I also have game-experience. What I mean by this is that I've played the game long enough, and been on NA_Groupfighting enough to know what trolling looks like and what accidents look like. This idea also ties into my second point which is availability. I play Mount & Blade typically 6-7 nights per week. I'm also on sometimes during the day when other admins may not be available. I would be available to admin upwards of an hour a day, for around 6-7 days a week, which I feel would help with spreading the work more evenly for other admins. My third and final point is also my most critical: I lack bias when determining punishment. I know this is easy for someone to say, but i feel as though I have experience to back it up. My admining roles during weekly linebattle events have taught me to be fair to both sides, I've been known to slay 63e members just as frequently as the other lines. In addition to this, a fun fact about me is that I'm a Psychology major and I've actually taken courses on avoiding bias and learned techniques on being able to see favoritism in myself and avoid it (albeit for more research purposes, it still applies here). In addition to this lack of bias I would have in admining, I think a key point to bring up is how I would handle a situation. I would treat all rule-breakers with a tough-but-fair attitude. While I have no problem banning people for repeat offenses, I would typically warn with slay, then move to bans if need be. The major idea here is to give people a chance but not too many chances, which is all done to increase the amount of people that are having fun on the server and keep NA_Groupfighting's population high and steady for many years to come. Overall, I feel as though I would make a good admin because I am experienced, fair, reliable, and have trust and recommendation from other respected community members such as Krastinov. Admining NA_Groupfighting would be a way that I can help grow this community and also give back to a game that has given me so many hours of fun! Thank you for your consideration.
