Unfortunately it would seem we are running in circles on a matter of opinion of the best choices. When Cazasar is online I'm sure we can all talk and come to a conclusion.

Meh, I think it has to do with experience more than anything. Like, I think Canada would rather have myself and Windflower be captains, due to more experience, but we turned it down, so it really ought to be experience, unless otherwise stated.

8. Some coalitions will be allowed such as the Balkan team, others maybe allowed if a nation cannot get the numbers for a team (e.g. Austria and Germany as they speak the same language mainly, or Russia and Ukraine.) So our coalition is allowed.
