"Pls dont argue too much over this" is a funny way to say you don't have much to back your position. Let them form their CIS team and play the game. Otherwise you will have 2 semi packed teams that will delay matches/rounds until they have enough people, granted they will have them at all. From past experience, separating those teams will cause one to have no people to even sign up, and the other one will have people spread across a dozen timezones, which makes it impossible to manage. If you want national teams, how do you plan to account for countries that are multinational to begin with? This is all stupid e-drama for the sake of e-drama.

CCCP name idea is really retarded. Same like Germans would decide to create, name their team  IIIrd Reich.
