I would have to disagree again Ancient, both times I was Cpt I did at least 2 trials on different dates to see how people did in different areas, and I never did this alone (always had 1-3 others with me watching). I will be happy to discuss it in more detail when I'm back from work.

Exactly, I think what this boils down to is a difference in opinion of whom we believe were in best form at the time. Obviously you would not choose worse players on purpose but as it is in football it's quite subjective who is the best and often statistics will be deceiving and the best performing player will not be one with the most kills but they cannot be ignored completely. I simply offer a second unbiased opinion.

If someone didn't show up to either trial they wouldn't be put in the team, I put who performed best in those trials in the team. But if you won't show up to either trial how can I expect you to turn up to a match (or how can I see what sort of form they are in). And I have never chosen by kills only, if it was chosen only on kills then there were other people who might have been put in the team. And just as last time I will tell everyone that signed up for trials when they are (both dates) and explain if they don't show up to at least one of them they won't be in the team (apart from those I know 100% will perform, my plan was to have around 6 slots open for trials).
