Many of the moderators and referees now have access to add members to the regimental roster. So, if regiment leaders were having difficulty getting their people placed onto the roster, they can now message one of the referees or moderators and they will be able to add them to the list. Alternatively, they can post in this thread which people they want to have added.
Additionally, we've noticed recently that regiments are bringing people to battles that are not on their official rosters. If you want to play them, they have to be cleared ahead of time. Please make sure that they are sorted out before the battle is supposed to begin by talking to a head moderator if they are not yet on the list. The head mod will allow or deny the use of the people in question. Trying to convince referees that those people are in your regiment at the time of battle delays the start of the match and more than likely will leave you with a shortage of players.
