VICTORIA 2 DOESNT SUPPORT WINDOWS 10

Victoria 2 runs perfectly on Windows 10. I have Windows 10 myself, and even though I don't know how to play Vicky, I can still run it :P

Patch 1.16 actually isn't bad. The states and territories thing is kinda weird (don't understand it very well). Central Africa is awesome though. Doing a Kongo campain, and basically took over all of the new nations. Can't wait to destroy Kilwa and go up to Mamluks and then through middle east.

Although I can go God mode on Vicy2, for some reason I just can't make EUIV work for me. Any major differences between the game mechanics that people know about? And does anyone know a good country to play as, to get better at the game in general?

Agreed. Corruption is a big debilitater in this patch. To me it makes sense for the most part. If your over extention is high you should pay a hefty amount until you get it cored up. The thing I don't agree with though is the unbalanced research. Basically if you are researching ideas then you will have no money.

not only that, these trade leagues suck, You get a minus pentaly with 1 province minors for each nation you have in your trade league, so if you have 7 in it you have a -20 with 1 province minor.

so it gets harder to get ur trade league bigger. Completely useless to play Hansa or Genoa. The centers of trade in EU3 were 10x better
