We must focus on the enemy at hand, the French and Russian forces threaten our sovereignty with their forces imposing upon us. We must not grieve, no, we must have courage and beat these French back to their ghettos, and we must push these Russian filth out of our land, this is the German Empire's time to rise, and show the world why they should fear us, and why we are not to be trifled with. Belgium asks Germany in France to leave Belgian soil. He stops military access for both as the situation in Belgium has determined because of it. 

His Majesty, the King of Belgium, is appalled by the situation that has unfolded in his beloved country. He is angered by the French and German actions of attacking and causing terrorist actions against the Kingdom of Belgium. He asks both warring parties to leave Belgian soil in this instance! The Belgian ground is not for your useless war. It was a passage for your armies. Not anymore, though. His Majesty asks both nation to not return to Belgian soil.

Belgium lowers the price of ordinary every day products for the people to use.

The King would like to come to terms with the rebels who want to abdicate him.

The Portuguese Republic celebrates the 529th birthday of the Treaty of Windsor! In these times of trouble we must remind ourselves and the world about our old and still standing alliance with the United Kingdom.

The British Prime Minister respectfully declines the Portuguese offer. They are currently at war, and there is simply no time for state visits. They send their diplomat to Portugal instead.

The Third French Republic

The French Republic disapproves of the terrible act of the Germans. It is clear that their despot government for the preservation of their "Empire". Such an act like this shall not be forgotten -- it has been proved time and time again that the People always prevail over the government. Long live the Revolution!

The French Republic is highly pleased with the magnificent victories in the German colonies. Photographs are taken in the colonies to inspire our people back at home, which will be distributed in schools, newspapers and around major cities. Also, many Anti-German propaganda will be produced, mainly focused around us controlling the entirety of the German colonies.

It is clear now that the Belgian government has made agreements with several countries only for their desirable gains. An agreement is an agreement, therefore the French government shall not withdraw their soldiers from Belgian soil. The French High Command, however, issues a command that all French officers must ensure that Frenchmen shall not abuse the Belgian civilians, anyone who does shall be punished accordingly.

Joseph Joffre, Commander-in-Chief of the French Forces, makes a speech to the French soldiers: “At the moment when the battle upon which hangs the fate of France is about to begin, all must remember that the time for looking back is past; every effort must be concentrated on attacking and throwing the enemy back….Under present conditions no weakness can be tolerated.”

The French Republic is outraged by the Swiss pamphlets. One month ago, your barbaric soldiers would kindly kill our men. Now, you are asking us to socialise and live next to one another? The French Republic starts issuing anti-Swiss pamphlets around the country, in order to increase the amounts of French people leaving the Swiss lands. The French Republic declares war on the Republic of Switzerland, to re-claim the lands that they lost during the previous war.

Victor Emmanuel issues a statement on the turn of events in Europe "I ask any nation still at peace with the so called French Republic to be vary of your step, as one day they might be signing treaties with you and on another they declare war. That is why I encourage all of you to condemn these French actions and support the central powers in any way you see fit may it be financial or military aid."

The Republic of Switzerland enacts Full Mobilization

The Swiss Government is horrified at the Republic of France for braking the Treaty of Bren! 5 year of non-aggression were promised between out two nations and it has been broken in the space of a month. The Swiss Government has learnt its lesson and this time we will not show France any quarters.

Those men that are now a part of the new Swiss territories must report for duty in accordance with Swiss laws. This inflow of men will help to replace those that gave their lives in the 1st Franc-Swiss war.

We also wish the French government luck in trying to issue their pamphlets in Switzerland, with a state of war now existing between our two nations any French citizen trying to enter Switzerland will be arrested, any trying to enter illegally shall be shot as spies. France has shown its true colours this day and Switzerland shall not forget it for years to come.

To the Italian Government we issue this message, all Italian troops in Switzerland are now welcome allies to us! Any foe of France is a friend of Switzerland. We still wish to make it clear though that we will not be joining the Central Powers.

The King of Denmark is absolutely disgusted, and shocked at the French declaration of war against Switzerland, so soon after they signed a peace agreement with them. it is clear to us now that the war cannot end before the French Republic has been crushed as it seems they have no wish to end the war but only further escalate it.

Therefor we see it that we have no other option than to Condemn the Republic of France, and put an Embargo on all French trade with Denmark, due to their aggressive warmongering in the past few months.

His majesty finds it very hard to keep Denmark's neutrality intact when France so clearly spits on the neutrality of nations such as Britain and Belgium.

We wish the Central powers and Switzerland luck in its fight against France, and hope they will be able to end the war soon so peace and civilization can be Re-Established in Europe

The Kingdom of Sweden does not approve of the barbaric french continuing to do as they please and breaking promises that were placed. In response to this sweden will also Embargo France. Also Sweden would like to openly cooperate with the central powers feeling anyone allied with france or cooperating with them is a threat to all of europe.

Belgium sets terms for the remaining forces of Germany and France for their stay in Belgian lands.

His Majesty, the King of Belgium, hereby requests the French and German armies to stay away from Belgian cities\villages, if they so wish to stay. Any act of violence towards Belgian citizens is an act of war. At the end of this bloody skirmish between the 2 nations, both would hereby retreat from Belgium, and keep the lands they pass through untouched. 

Belgium enacts a Guard Militia called "Heimwehr von Belgien", taking the steps of the American "Second Amendment".

Furthermore, new laws for carrying weapons had been enacted for the citizens of Belgium:
- A citizens may carry a concealed firearm of no more than 9mm caliber, without government licensing  (The Mauser 9, as an example).
- Said concealed weapons and any other weapon shall be used against aggressors, as self defense ONLY.
- Concealed firearms above 9mm and non concealed firearms shall have to be licensed and tracked by the Ministry of Defense.

His Majesty thinks that his citizens have the right to defend themselves against foreign aggressors. Hence, in addition to enacting new weapon laws, his Majesty would like to announce the foundation of a militia, called "Heimwehr von Belgien", which will be constructed from civilians who are willing to defend the homeland, and would work side by side with the police.

The German Empire

The German Empire says that the Belgian King brought this upon himself by allowing both nations access through the nation and acting so dishonest. Nonetheless crimes against civilians are crimes against civilians and the German Empire has enough sense to not allow this treachery to happen in another's country, the German Empire agrees to these terms and will begin instructing its soldiers to stop these war crimes against Belgian civilians, but says that if warfare happens to take place in cities or villages it might be hard to avoid, there's no guaranteeing that these sorts of things won't happen in times of war.


The German Empire expected nothing less from the French Republic, and shows its disgust against their declaration of war and breaking of a treaty against Switzerland, these actions will not go unpunished.

The German Empire welcomes Sweden's cooperation against the French threat, and will agree to work with the Kingdom of Sweden to depose this threat.

Britain France would like to ask the Danish and Swedish governments to re-think their decisions or war will come to them.

Italy assures the northern kingdoms that France is no threat to them as their navys are almost crushed and have no way to launch an invasion against you.

Italy again urges Portugal to give back Germanies colonies and strike a peace.
