The Kingdom of Bulgaria will gracefully accept Switzerland's loan of 20 million
The King of Bulgaria would also like to say this to Austro-Hungary. "Shit on you. I shit on your mother. I shit on your grandmother. I shit on your whole family."
The Kingdom will invest 8 million from the loan into Industry such as the production of Steel
The battle-hardened men of the conscript army will train the new recruits for six months

Bulgaria will also gladly join the Russo-Balkan Defense League

The peaceful country of Austria Hungary is very offended by the Bulgarian's remark and promises it will not be forgotten! You think you can hide behind Russia's back and say whatever you like? We will see about that!

This includes the new removal of the limitation on spending. The money may be freely used on the expansion of the military

We'd also like to invite the Swiss Republic as a thanks for their recent loan and for introducing us to such a wonderful sport. Any other country that would like to participate are welcome to do so.

Kingdom of Bulgaria will host the world's first Eurocup

In an attempt to build up the Kingdom's economy. All countries that were not invited but would like to join must pay a small fee of 50,000 lev
