"Unus pro omnibus, omnes pro uno"

Greece will humbly accept the load from the Swis government but, asks what are the requirements and catch to such a great offer.
The loan will be in the region of 10 - 20,000,000.00 Francs. The payback quota is 20 years at 5% interest. The nation is to promise to use it to further their industry and civil infrastructure and not to use it on military spending. Should the nation do such a thing the loan payment will be called in.

(Honestly I need a little help on this one to work out how accurate this is as a deal)

The Portuguese Republic accepts Belgium's non-agression treaty.

The Portuguese Republic sends its condolences to Austria, and hopes that this event doesn't spark another conflict in the Balkans.

Kingdom of Greece

Accepts 10-20,000,000.00 Swiss loan
Greece ask that the 20 year countdown does not start until the loan is being used, which will be after our navy is finished being constructed. From one government to another many thanks and all of Greece thanks you. Fine fish and olives will be sent as gratitude.
After navy is finished Greece will pursue economic innovation
We will invest time and budget into trying to figure out how to better utilize our natural resources. A small amount of the Swiss loan will be made into grants given to small industries.

"Unus pro omnibus, omnes pro uno"

The 20 year count down will begin as soon as the Greek government finishes their naval production. The Swiss government hopes that other Balkan nations will accept a similar loan.

In order to protect our sovereignty, and to further the glory of the Balkans, Russia, Serbia, Greece, Romania and Bulgaria will come together under the Russo-Balkans Defense League. This is an alliance, stating that no sovereign state of the Balkans (included in this league only) stands alone, and will be backed by their brothers-in-arms. Albania, who remains a friend of the League, will hold a non-aggression pact with the involved nations. Additionally, Russia offers financial and military backing to the above countries.

Austria Hungary is incredibly shocked by the actions of the Serb assassin and the Serbian government! We demand full-control of the investigation now if you wish to maintain peace in the Balkans.

To the Swiss: You better stop sending money to the Balkans, if you wish to remain independent should you decline there will be war, and we don't want that do we?

Austria Hungary goes into Full Mobilization

Austria Hungary offers non aggression pacts to - France, The Netherlands, United Kingdom and the Ottoman Empire.

The Portuguese Republic reminds Austria that it was a nationalist organization, not the Serbia, that stood behind the assassination.
There should be found a common ground for Austrian and Serbian authorities for the investigations.

In reply to Portugal: We will not allow the Serbians to take part in this investigation. The entire royal family is now under threat. A Serb is A Serb.

We would like to maintain peace with Europe and offer non aggression pacts to France, The Netherlands, United Kingdom.Ottoman Empire, Russia and Portugal, we hope these countries will accept for the greater good of Europe.

The Portuguese Republic declines Austria's proposal of a non-agression treaty, as they are clearly wish to start a conflict, by acusing Serbia of something they haven't done!

Rossiyskaya Imperiya

Russia declines. Austria should be seen as a threat to international peace, and countries should be prepared to deal with such a fiend.

"Unus pro omnibus, omnes pro uno"

The Swiss Republic enacts Full mobilization in response to the Austrian threat

The Swiss government is horrified at the Austro-Hungarian threat. We will not have our national affairs questioned by another power and we will not halt our loan to Greece or our offer of loans to the nations in the Balkans. Further more the Swiss government now removes the limitation of military spending on the Greek loan as they have joined the Russo-Balkans Defense League deal.

The Swiss Republic calls upon France, Germany, Italy, Great Britain and Russia to guarantee its sovereignty against the Austro-Hungarian Empire

The French Republic

The Republic of France guarantees the Swiss sovereignty against the Austro-Hungarian Empire. We find it disgraseful, that a so-called westernized nation like Austria-Hungary should make such threats during peacetime. We discredit the Austro-Hungarian Empire for their actions.

The Republic of France, feeling like their military isn't at the best standard, will begin a huge recruitment campaign, both in Europe and Africa. We are not calling in conscription, but rather encouraging people to become soldiers. The military and navy will still be voluntary, and soldiers will have to be trained for 3 months. We will remind the French people of our loss during the Franco-Prussian war, do they really want a weak military to have us trampled over again?
