The Third French Republic

The French Republic would like to maintain friendly relations with their good friend, America. The French will send over diplomats to America to discuss a trade agreement. We would also like to host a celebration of America's independence.

The French Republic says to the German citizens: "Citizens of Germany, rise up! Rise up against your Fatherland! For years, your "Emporers" have oppressed you. You are starving, you are weak and your brethren are dying out in the battlefield... all this for the Fatherland? What has the Fatherland ever done for you? If a large-scale revolution was to take place, know that you will be armed with the finest French weapons and technology."

The French Republic would like to announce a change in the military. Each regiment will have 12 scouts, who begin to scout ahead of their regiment at 12.00 AM and then report back to their senior officers at 8.00 PM and relay what they saw. These will be taken from other cavalry regiments and integrated into other infantry regiments. They will be armed with a horse, binoculars and sword.

His Majesty, the King of Belgium, announces to his people, that anyone who was born in Belgium counts as Belgian, and that we as a great nation such as ours cannot hate another religion or race. Estados Unidos Mexicanos

In the midst of a civil war, between the Zapata and the Carranza, the Estados Unidos Mexicanos continues itself neutral in all European conflict. Estados Unidos Mexicanos will deny the non-aggression pact with Spain.

Emiliano Zapata continues to travel to the United States and requests Woodrow Wilson to send a diplomat to meet about support against the Carrancistas, and a trade agreement. Pancho Villa releases a statement to the Carranza government stating Your time as a dictator is coming to a close. You will soon feel surrounded with our presence. Good luck trying to get to the United States from Mexico City.

The United Kingdom of Great Britian and Ireland once again repeats its demands towards Spain

1. Cease taxing the Gibraltar Straits forever
2. Engage in Peace talks with France

The United Kingdom invites Spain to negioate, but insists on her terms. If Spain does not accept these, we will be forced to increase the scale of our naval blockade. Spain has no right to tax this straight, and the tax is a direct attack on British economic interests, so we answer in kind.

Considering the unrest in the German Empire, the United Kingdom offers The Netherlands and Denmark her support in keeping their borders under control and safe. This could be achieved by personel training, or simply a little extra manpower if the need arises. Fellow neutral countries should not fear the unrest caused in other nations by other wars.

After entering talks with Britain, Spain will lift the tax on all British vessels passing through the Straits of Gibraltar. However, we will not enter peace negotiations with the French government.

We would like to send a team of diplomats to the United States to aid in the Mexican Conflict talks, and also to discuss trade with the US Government

The Third French Republic

The French Republic announces the formation of the Britannic Legion. The Legion will be made up of British soldiers, who have sworn oaths to France and other ordinary Frenchmen. The Legion is completely defensive, and shouldn't be seen as an act of aggression from the UK. To further prove our point, they will only fight on French soil. The Legion will be raised to help in the preservation of the French Republic. Recruitment will begin automatically, we invite all British to fight for the rightful cause of the French Republic!

The French Republic will attempt to inspire the Spanish Catalonians to fight on the side of the French. Men from Northern Spain and Southern France both share the same culture and share the same blood. We shouldn't be fighting one another, but fighting on one another's side.

Italy asks Britain not to send any volunteers to France since we see it as an act of aggression and violation of our peace treaty.

Fearing that continuing the current actions against Spain would result in British being forced to re-enter the war, the government has no choice but to lift all sanctions and cease all actions against Spain. We are glad that Spain has decided to lift their unrightful tax.

The United Kingdom sees no issue with the recruitment of British citizens into a purely defensive unit under full French authority. We accept and insist on the right of every British citizen to choose their own cause. Recruitment will not happen on British soil and will recieve no official support from the British government. Whatever private citizens do, is completely their business.

British citizens engaging in miltairy actions outside of French territory, however, will lose their citizenship and may be prosecuted if they return to British soil.

Britain claims to be neutral, yet it allows it's citizens to travel to France to fight those whom they want peace with.
Spain considers this an aggressive action, and demands Britain does not allow it's citizens to travel to fight the Central Powers.

The Spanish Government would like to urge all Catalonians not to fight for France. They still consider you to be Spanish,
as they have said in their statement. We would like to invite senior Catalonian nationalists to travel to Barcelona to enter
discussions with the Government, and to discuss the possibility of Catalonian representation in the Government.

The King of Denmark would like to thank his most Britannic majesty King George V for his offer of aiding us in training our border personnel, and sending extra border guards to make sure no Socialist instigators would be able to make their way from Germany to Denmark.
Sadly we must decline these offers, as we see it as our own duty as an independent Nation to protect our people from these dangerous thoughts, that are now being spread in Germany by the man known as Lenin.

We will however not tolerate the threat of possible Socialist instigators coming into our country and, therefor we will double our border security and every Person entering Denmark from our border with Germany must have a passport on them, and documents that have been approved by the Danish embassy in Germany

The UK government once against insists that it cannot legally forbid British citizens from serving in the French army on French territory. Only an act of aggression on non-French territory would be against the law, and we have already taken all measures to punish British citizens taking part in such actions. British citizens are free to travel to France, for any reason.

To this note though the Swiss Government formally apologies to the United Kingdom in advance. Any citizen of the United Kingdom that is captured under arms fighting for France will be treated as a citizen of France. They will not receive separate treatment as citizens of a neutral nation and will be subject to POW camps along side their French counter parts.

The Swiss Government issue the following message to the Government of the United Kingdom

The Swiss Government accepts that the United Kingdom can not prevent its men from enlisting into the service of France. To this note though the Swiss Government formally apologies to the United Kingdom in advance. Any citizen of the United Kingdom that is captured under arms fighting for France will be treated as a citizen of France. They will not receive separate treatment as citizens of a neutral nation and will be subject to POW camps along side their French counter parts.

This is completely understandable and a policy the British Government insists should be followed by all nations. They are French soldiers under French oath, and should be treated as such. There is no need for apologies

The German Empire

The German Empire will take a firm stance on this man named "Lenin".
Any sight of Lenin, his supporters, or communism in Germany will be faced with harsh treatment and imprisonment, If Lenin is seen he is to be executed for treason, this Russian scum shall not soil the name of the German Empire.
The German Empire will not tolerate these political uprisings and the police are to make sure of that. To ensure this the German police will be equipped more heavily.

The German Empire laughs in the face of the French, like any German would want to be under the flag of the Frenchmen. How can you claim to have better technology and military might when you know this is not true.
