I can name you twice as many Czech players and regiments than Lithuanian players and regiments.
Regardless, I believe that if the Czech community - along with the Slovak, respectivly - had a place of its own where it could freely use their own language (which we all know, native populations favourably do), that there would be an increase in active members. But that's just from my point of view. Like Duuuring said, there's no problem in removing it again. The reason that the Beneluxian and Scandinavian boards are so inactive is that citizens of these countries generally speak better English than i.e. the Czechs or Slovaks, which just opens the larger international community for them. No offence intended. It's like the French or German boards. Most Germans are active in the German board, because they can understand everything there, and the same obviously goes for the French and Spanish boards. We should open the forums for opportunities, not lead an intended dying-policy. What harm can it bring to at least try it? Maybe even bring in at least three new members, although it fails.
