I have no problem with starting new language boards, I just need A. Some assurance it will be at least a little active and B. Someone to moderate it.

As others said before, you got any estimate on how many regiments and/or players in numbers? And more importantly, how many of theese are active on the forums?

Probably not, maybe for the first week or so. #Furrnox assessment.

Karjalan Prikaati is the biggest Finnish regiment and has about 100 members. It's a mix of disbanded Finnish regiments. Theres also few Finns in random regiments. Now I think it, I don't this is enough to keep the language board active.

Having active players is one thing, having active players that also regularly post on the forums is something completely different.

There are quiet a lot of Swedish, Danish & Norwegian players but we barely keep our board active so how exactly are you Finns going to do it? Are there even any Finns on these forums?

Anyhow we would all be a lot happier if you returned to your roots and became East Sweden again. :D

Pretty all the bigger and active nationalities in the community already got their own board. I doubt the remaining countries have enough people to support an own language board.

The Ukrainian (I guess that's the last one?) and Lithuanian are some examples of boards that are barely/never used. Not sure why they're still around though with the requirements that have just been mentioned.

This is actually the first time I noted that the name of the UA-board is in cyrrilic but the Ruski one is in English.

They're still around because there's no practical advantage to removing them.

Would there be any harm of adding a Finnish board? We could see if anyone posts there and if not, you can just shut it down.

The Lithuanian, Russian and some other language board (don't know which language) don't have a moderator.

But they're inactive.

If no-one even wants to be moderator, then who'll even post on the board? :p
