I hope I'm not asking a weird question but I have seeing alot of people with 92nd_Gren tag's, what does the ''Gren'' rank include? are they members of the Grenadier Coy or is it just a melee rank?

It means they are part of the Grenadiers, which is basically the best meleers of the regiment.

Not every Grenadier is a very skilled meleer, some of them got the rank due good attendance and discipline.
