I nominate 8th Colonel (Ultimate Virgin First Class) Jorge for the best leader ever.

I've known Jorge for nearly 4 years now, and those have been 4 years that I don't think could have been better spent. Jorge has a very specific perfect balance of screwing around and taking things seriously, something of which, at least of some of the other leaders I've met, have had a hard time finding. I mean our teamspeak can get very, very loud during LB's, but man, we still end up kicking ass. He's created an environment in the 8th where everyone is friends, and we're all the better for it. There's sick banter to be found in both chat and in our teamspeak because of that bond.

8th Colonel Jorge for best NA.

I've not been under many leaders but my personal pick would have to be Infamous back in the 93rd days, I still remember how fascinated I was by the level of organisation and skill of the regiment and how everyone in the regiment would feel welcome and actually being "part" of the reg not just some number on the att. Sheet.  Infamous by far yes.
