Regiment names are handled on a first come, first serve basis. Because of this, the Royal Regiment of Artillery that was already on the list has the right to refuse your name being added to the list. After consulting with them, however, they have given permission for your regiment to be added. If it causes confusion in the future, it may have to be removed from the list.

While I'm here I've got an update on the Royal Regiment of Artillery. We are no longer just an artillery regiment, but actually a brigade:

Alexander's 75th disbanded/went inactive during the period your 75th was created, so the 75th would be yours to own. That said, you're new regiment name (74th) shall be added, along with Butler's 42nd.
