nominees- 89th Pvt Waterkey
reason- Frequently set up barricades in areas where other troops can not go (such as the barns in le hay saint) often delaying or attempting to delay rounds NOTE- he also tked several people as well

Waterkey is banned, and the IIIe have been warned. If you see more of them doing such things I will take further action.
