About the KPR
The KPR was created by a group of individuals who aspire to more than just being another Mount & Blade Regiment. We were tired of all the drama and disrespect found elsewhere which brought us together in the first place and are pledged to make this a fun and quality gaming experience for our members.
We expect our members to be respectful and maintain the highest standards of conduct and sportsmanship on the battlefield, even if provoked. We do not respond to TK's or other actions and do not speak out in battle chat. We realize it takes a high degree of maturity and discipline to not react to imbeciles, therefore we are a membership by invitation only unit in order to maintain these rigorous standards. You are expected at all times to treat each other and our guests respectfully. Excessive profane language, use of racial or ethnic slurs is unacceptable. Honesty and integrity are held in the highest esteem by our members.
Ranks
In most regiments ranks would be posted here in this space. But the KPR does not have ranks. sure we may have tags in Team Speak but that is only for the security of our Team Speak. In-game we have no ranks and every member is treated equally.
Awards
Although we do not have ranks we do have awards which we hand out weekly. These awards represent many different things. Awards are granted for outstanding effort in-game. Here is a list of a few of the awards that could be recieved.
Marksmanship - for exceptional skill in shooting
Close Combat - for exceptional skill in melee
Equestrian Excellence - for exceptional skill in all forms of mounted combat
Mt. Doom Artillery Award - for outstanding contribution to the success of the artillery brigade, arty guards are eligible
The Siege Medallion - for outstanding contribution to the attack or defense in a siege action, arty is eligible
Recruitment
The KPR are currently looking for good mature players who are willing to go by our expectations. We expect our members to be active as much as they can. Now we know that people have lives and jobs and school, so we do not expect you to be there for all of the events. To compromise this we have an event everyday of the week which allows members to be able to come to events when they do not have anything restricting them.
