In theory we could do huge player numbers far over 500 players per server...  As such we will surely keep our promise to deliver you the 500 players per server.

We will probably go (far) over it, but that's for later.

For your info - some part of Caribbean scripts is copied directly from The Deluge mod (It's exactly the same)

Well...some files made by Deluge Devs were used by Carribean mod DLC developers without asking for permission etc.

BTW, I'm a beta tester, this mod is much better than NW.

It wouldn't be illegal even if they didn't have permission. Intellectual property laws only apply if he filed for a patent, copyright, trademark, etc., and especially as he is not selling his code, it would be extremely difficult to do that.

Basically it's just a dick move, but technically allowed in the legal sense.
