Argentina or Brazil.  Meh, I wouldn't bet on it.  But there always is a chance!

Argentina or Brazil, they're both used to the climate and have strong teams. The humidity will affect the European teams so much, especially if they play a passing team like Spain, as they'll have to chase the ball.

Good point! BUT Most of the upper players such as Messi or Neymar play in Europe all year round.

Not of winning it, no. Both teams have weaknesses, such as the English defence. However, I think there's a good chance of both teams progressing. France's group is not too bad: Honduras, Ecuador and Switzerland, while England's group is possibly the hardest: Italy, Uraguay and Costa Rica.
