Hard to say, CSGO's MM is so fucked right now. My friend let me borrow his Gobal Elite account and in one game I encountered 4 guys on the enemy team who played like Nova 1's.

Only real way to find your skill level is to play ranked ESEA/CEVO/FACEIT matches.
