To the other 9th guy, I am fairly sure that no one regiment can claim a number.  The only issue that could come up would be if our regiment names were the same (we are the "9th Rifle Troop" not 9th XXX Regiment of XXX)  Another issue that could come up with regiments is the tags, we use 9th[Kgm]Antonio as our tag-style (Thanks to the 54th for being coolios)

Well our skirms couldn't spread and our cav was decent and our arty was pretty good.

And what I meant was that I only played skirms in the 23e once.
