45th disbanded

Hi my friends, this is my last speaking as your Colonel in the 45th, I have decided for us to disband out of multiple reasons, all of them or most of them will be listed and my personal recommendations for you, if you care about my opinion that is.
Why are we disbanding?
We are disbanding because personally I don't have the time, I have a job and a girlfriend and looking at my life and managing groups is getting annoying personally, and I believe how you'll have a better gaming experience in another regiment.
Why don't I resign instead of disbanding?
Personally, and this is not meant to offend anyone but I don't see anyone who is capable of command and managment at the same time, I believe I was good at this while I had the time but as previously said I can't do it anymore and I fully honestly and profesionally don't think someone can take the place just like that and make things run smoothly
My recommendation for you!
Find another regiment, find a good regiment, small, big, whatever you want, find a responsible commander, a good manager and a good community.
We can all still stay friends, chances of all of us to remain connected are slim but if anyone wants to talk to me or play something with me when I'm free, feel free to.
What will happen after this?
What will happen is that certain people in the regiment will try to salvage things and make their own or "take over" I will not list the names of these people for the sake of it but honestly..just find a community that suits you instead of blindly following people's personal goals, in the end, what you do, who you play with, who gets to command you or who you get to command is all on the players themselves.
