I just like the clones, not so much the story. They look a lot better then storm troopers and have much cooler voices.
That seems like silly reasoning to me haha. The Clone Wars is an absolutely pointless war fought between two puppets and their essentially drone armies. You may love the clones and think they are individuals and whatnot, but order 66 man. That just proves that as much as they may develop their own personalities, and are still basically robots in the flesh.
On the other hand, the Galactic Civil War is a war fought to liberate the galaxy from the Empire, fought by people from many different species and backgrounds fighting something that they know to be evil. Many of the rebels have seen their families/communities/homes destroyed by the Empire, and have seen genocides. To me the Galactic Civil war is so much more real and emotional than the Clone wars.
Plus: This scene was one of the most heart sinking feelings of my childhood.

Any single person from the Alliance has more character than any clone IMO.
