11e Monday Linebattle [Line Infantry needed]

11e are proud to announce our new official linebattle that will take place regularly on mondays at 7pm GMT! You enter the event by filling in the application listed below! The event will take all classes - Cavalry, Arty, Skirmishers, Line! The two nations that are going to be played every week are France and UK this means that there will be 1 skirmisher slot and 1 light slot (France.)! There are going to be generated finished linebattle maps to avoid all the 'finding the right map issues' that sometimes tend to happend with customized maps! The linebattle are going to be 5 rounds! There will be 3 rounds and then a mapchange where the last 2 rounds will be played! If you want to become regulars you will have to attend the event two times and then a decision will be made whether to give you a regular slot or not! You can also become a regular in this event by getting an invite but please do not ask for a regular slot only a selected few will get invited! If you break the rules then you will not be welcome to enter this linebattle again! We want to have a balanced event with big lines and therefor the minimum attendance if you pick infantry will be '12'! If you got less than '12' then you could pick another class if any are available!

If you have any complaints regarding the linebattle then we prefer you contact one of the admins through steam rather than spamming this thread! If you spam the thread there is a risk that we will ignore you! And I am also aware of the fact that my english grammar sucks but I hope everyone will be able to understand what has been written! If you have hard to understand any of the rules we have listed feel free to ask on steam or in the thread and I will explain to you!

- No racism!
- Keep global chat to a minimum!
- Admin's word is law!
- Read the rules before the lb starts!
- No ramboing!
- When you join stay in spectate!
- No intenional teamkilling!
- No officer aiming, and if you accidently teamkill one of the enemy teams officers - pls apologize!

Please note that breaking any of the following rules will be punished by a kick from the event!

- When down to 3 players dismount and join the closest friendly line!
- Maximum of = 2 Officers, 2 Trumpeteers and 1 Flagbearer! Note that this is just a limit which you are not allowed to go over!
- If you have above 16 you will have to swap people to spectate so that you get 16! If you do not do this we will do it for you, something which I think you want to avoid!
- Don't split up in to two lines and charge enemies at two different positions across the map! It will be considered as ramboing!

If you can't bring enough people for the class you have selected please _do not_ sign up for this event because you will sadly not be accepted!

You can sign up on the forums or on our official teamspeak! There will be no pre-meeting, the details will be sent through steam! And also please note that if you have any complaints about another regiment during the lb please contact one of the admins and tell them about it rather than do nothing and then complain afterwards! We hope that this will be a very good linebattle and we would be glad to see as many regiments as possible for this event!! If you got any suggestions to make the event better feel free to contact us we will be glad to get tips on how to improve the event! We do not want any regiment to ruin the fun for everyone else that is why our rules might seem a bit harsh.

Nope, there will not be any villages! And probably no buildings either, most maps will be customized and edited so it will be real event maps! And if we would make a map with building on we would make sure that the building ain't possible to enter!

Yeah im fine with buildings that cant be entered, but just having some civilization on the maps would be a nice change of pace

Update

We have decided to remove artillery from the event and reason being is that some of the maps that we have planned will not be very suitable for artillery and would therefor be unfair for any arty regiment signing up! No more classes will be removed.
