    Nature of their offense: TK
    Time and date of their offense: 12:20 EST 12/2/
    If needed, what your relationship was to the offense in question: He kept TKing a Certain person at spawn.
    Any proof if you have it, For instance screenshots. (use spoilers!):

If I'm banned, I want the player killed in the SS above to be banned as well.

As long as Sleek's vouching for things, he will vouch for how many times Spart killed me the previous game.

It is true, Spartank did teamkill George in the previous map almost every round. But the thing is George, you started to team-kill him in "self-defense", which is considered as revenge killing (in my opinion). If an Deo or Littleguy looks through the logs, I'm not sure of what they might think. Leave it up to them to decide.

Joe, if he had teamkilled you so many times, you should have just screenshot every single one until you had a collection of teamkills, then you could have clicked your mouse a few times and made a ban request here, then boom, done. But you made the same mistake I did a while back.. Teamkilling in return is just as bad as teamkilling in the first place. Hope this helps.

It does however seem that Spartank started it, and he is banned as well.
