Also I just got back from track practice and I learned a lesson for long distance running. If you ever stop running you are screwed.

i dont really know what that means because i have never done long distance running comptetitively, except for when its compulsory in school.

It means everyday you don't run when you are training for long distance running , you lose 2 days you actually ran. So that means I need to run 8-10 km everyday to keep in my provincial level :/ and I was sick for a month ..

but I am getting back into the rhythm of it. I love running either way! Its the hardest and most painful sport, but I love it1/size]

At its peak we had 22 guys present... Thats pretty good for the first training  :D
