One bright side to all these DDOS'ing trolls is that I've noticed it's brought some communities closer together.

And that is what really matters. We all love each other, right?

mama what is love?

I'd say we're more of a community that loves shooting at each other really.

No, this is not America.
Probably one of the very few old-timers here who hasn't been a regimental leader.

Union Army TS was DDoSed twice yesterday (yes, its Christmas Eve now :D). You just have to put up with it, they aren't common thankfully.

There are simply things we can't stop, this is one of them. Maybe there could be a way you can get a quick backup teamspeak or something from your provider. That would be good, or, an actual backup teamspeak that you can fall back on.
Check out my YT channel where I post NW www.youtube. com/c/CluelessWill
Spoiler
god damn, Anthony is smart, he was able to get the shit AEF to tie with the best reg in the game. The tactical geniusness needed to pull off such a feat is insane. He's the Erwin Rommel of NW.
i always get an erection when i check my subscrptions and see that phresh cluelesswill vid
It won't be FSE developing it, so it will come out!

I'd just start experimenting with Mumble at this point too. I don't see no harm in using both.

Mumble is good until you start wanting advanced features like TS's channel commander etc. But for most small - medium regiments I would say it is actually a more robust piece of software and you usually get more slots for the same money from most hosts over TS / Ventrillo.

Pretty much, If you aren't planning on doing events or being part of a major NW gaming group Mumble even as a on the fly back up is always worth having :).
