Makes me wonder why no modern producers made it like that.

These ones have the correct shape.

230 Dollars. Yeah. Maybe next time.

Not to mention I'd be pretty terrified to fight with such an expensive blade.

Probably one of the very few old-timers here who hasn't been a regimental leader.

It's in great condition and isn't tapped to put in a blank adapter - so it's in its original state. That also means I have to pull the bolt back after each shot, but no big deal. It's an easy pull, so I can still be quick with it when firing blanks.

The magazine is also original, the replacement being reproduction doesn't fit right. So I load it with stripper clips. It's very nice to have when Ami are swarming your position. :)

You Look very warm in that... In Australia, and the place (according to Zac) can get down to freezing, would you recommend I get a Greatcoat like yours, also, what sort of Tunic and trousers are you wearing?

Most events are late war, so I suggest getting a M42 or M43 feldbluse. I'm wearing M40 Feldhose and a M36 Feldbluse with a M42 Mantel. The scarf was homemade and knit. The gloves are also non-issue... I forget what country's gloves they are and what year.

Yes, i am going to Get M42, so I can pretty much do 41, 42, 43 and possible some very late wars re-enactment. Yes, I am getting some gloves, a toque and thinking about getting a Greatcoat, (Which is expensive ;(  )
